This database includes practice exams for a wide variety of tests, including civil service tests (for example -- firefighters, EMTs, postal workers, and police officers), tests for teaching, nursing, real estate, and much more.

This free resource can be accessed through the libraries’ website by clicking on “Online Resources,” then “Databases” and “Education, Tutoring and Testing,” and finally “LearningExpressLibrary.” Register the first time by using your library card’s barcode number as your user name.

The tests provide instant scoring and feedback, and they may be repeated as many times as you need. This resource will help you overcome test anxiety, gain confidence, and improve your scores, while working at your own pace.
