Get Tips on Buying a Home at Sienna Branch Library Program

The idea of buying a home is exciting, but the process can be complicated and intimidating, especially for first-time home-buyers. The Sienna Branch Library will present the program, “Helping You Make the Right Move: A Home-Buyer Seminar,” on Saturday, July 6, from 10:15 am to 12:15 pm, in the Multipurpose Room of the library.

Judy Burfict will provide an overview of the home-buying process, from beginning to close. Learn about the mortgage-loan process, programs that are available, and the steps involved in obtaining financing. This program is for first-time home-buyers as well as others who are interested in the home-buying and financing process.

Burfict is a real-estate consultant with Keller Williams Realty.

The program is free and open to the public. For more information, call the Sienna Branch Library (281-238-2900) or the library system’s Communications Office (281-633-4734).
