The FBCL network will be down because of HVAC (a/c) replacement at George Memorial Library in Richmond, beginning at:
Noon on Fri, May 7, through mid-morning on Mon, May 10, AND
Noon on Fri, May 14, through mid-morning on Mon, May 17.
As a result, this affects ALL FBCL locations in the following ways:
- Online
- No catalog or My Account;
- No Hoopla;
- Some databases may not be available;
- Online chat is available;
- OverDrive is available;
- FBCL Facebook Page is available;
- The FBCL website may not be available.
- George Memorial Library (Richmond)
- CLOSED
- No Curbside Pick-Up Service;
- No phones, email, WiFi;
- Book drop in parking lot will be available.
- Cinco Ranch Branch, Missouri City Branch, Sienna Branch, University Branch
- For Curbside Pick-Up, please come into the building.

- No WiFi, Internet, computers, printing;
- No catalog or My Account;
- Some databases may not be available.
- Launchpads and Mobile WiFi Hotspots will not be available for check out.
- Applications for new library cards cannot be processed.
- Please remember to bring your library card to check out any items.
