Missouri City Branch Library Presents Intro to Bollywood Dancing

Enjoy the beauty and symbolism of Indian dance set to popular Bollywood songs when Fort Bend County Libraries’ Missouri City Branch Library presents a “Bollywood Dance Class” on Saturday, May 27, from 2:00 to 3:00 pm, in the Meeting Room of the library.

Dance instructor Naomi Alphonso will demonstrate fun, easy-to-follow dance moves inspired by the lively and vibrant music of Bollywood. Focus on movements, flexibility, and rhythm while learning a choreographed sequence of Bollywood dance moves.

Those attending the class should wear comfortable clothes and bring a bottle of water. 

This program is for all ages, but participants under the age of 12 should be accompanied by an adult.
