Join us to learn the art of paper quilling – rolling, shaping, and gluing strips of paper to create decorative designs. These creations can be used to decorate greeting cards, make wall art, jewelry, and more. No prior experience is needed. This program is intended for peoples ages 14 and older. Seating is limited.
