Description

Tai chi is a thousands year old martial art with many health benefits that apply to people of all ages.  Originally for self defense, it has since evolved into a graceful form of exercise and is described as meditation in motion.  The USA Tai Chi Academy will present the different forms, uses, defenses and benefits of learning tai chi, and teach the audience a form they can take home to practice.  Comfortable clothing is recommended but not required.
