Meeting Room 1 is the largest room available at University Branch Library. You are responsible for the set-up and clean-up of the room.

Equipment

Meeting Room 1 includes an easel, lectern, whiteboard (bring your own markers/eraser).

Audio visual equipment is temporarily unavailable in this room. This includes: Blu-ray DVD player, CD player or MP3 Player, Phone, Microphones – 2 max per room (wired hand-held, wireless lapel, Microphone stand (floor, tabletop, installed on lectern).

There are 10 tables and 130 chairs available for use in the meeting room.
