Estate-Planning Workshop at Fort Bend County Law Library

The Fort Bend County Law Library will host a workshop on “Estate Planning” on Friday, January 24, from 2:00 to 3:00 pm, in Conference Room C of the library, located in Room 20714 in the Fort Bend County Justice Center in Richmond.

Family-law attorney Kerri Graham will talk about the importance of estate planning and will provide an overview of the process and the documents that are required. Learn more about the different options that are available for probate and post-death property issues.

Graham will also talk about the purpose of Wills and Trusts Agreements, the forms and information that are required, and the process for filing.

After spending 10 years in the public-education sector, Graham attended South Texas College of Law. She is an active member and past president of the Fort Bend County Bar Association (2017), a member of the Katy Bar Association, and the the Disability and Elder Law Attorney Association. She is the owner of The Graham Law Group in Katy.
