The Bob Lutts Fulshear/Simonton Branch Library will have a special program on “Floral Arranging on a Budget” on Thursday, May 2, beginning at 6:30 pm, in the Meeting Room of the library.
Floral designer Kaye Thompson will share tips on how to create beautiful, professional-looking flower arrangements with an inexpensive vase and fresh flowers from the garden or grocery store.
Thompson has been a floral designer for more than 30 years.
