Libraries Host Star Wars Coding Parties for Tweens (gr 4-8)

A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away… The Empire plans to build yet another Death Star, and only master coders with Jedi-like reflexes can program the rebel robot to escape with the plans and save the universe!

Tweens in grades 4 through 8 will have an opportunity to see if they have what it takes to program a robot game and thwart The Empire’s plans at special Star Wars Coding Parties planned at two Fort Bend County Libraries locations in December. Participants will learn basic computer-coding skills while stretching their imaginations and having fun, too!

The events, which are free and open to students in grades 4 through 8 ONLY, will take place at the following locations:

 

Missouri City Branch Library
