Description
Enjoy an hour of Hatha yoga practice, incorporating meditation with slow, gentle body movements to improve breath, flexibility, strength, and balance. No yoga experience required. Yoga mats will not be provided, so if you own one, you are encouraged to bring it. Wear clothing that you can move around in. This program is generously sponsored by the Friends of University Branch Library.
Park inside the gated lot (VISITOR LOT 4). Bring your parking ticket with you inside the library to be validated by library staff. Parking is FREE if you get your ticket validated. Parking outside the gated lot may result in a parking violation from the University of Houston.
