Looking for an easy way to add some life to your photo frames? Join us to learn how to design fun frames with magazines! 

All supplies will be provided. Materials for this program are provided with the generous support of the Friends of First Colony Branch Library. Registration required; please register online, in-person, or by calling 281-238-2817. Registration opens February 19, 2024.
