The USA Tai Chi Academy will be teaching an introductory class of tai chi! Tai chi is a relaxing form of exercise intended to develop core, leg, and mental strength as well as self-defense. In this class, they will teach the 16 – form Tai Chi Chuan, which will cover the basic movements that make up the foundation of tai chi. It is recommended (but not required) to wear comfortable clothes. This class is for anyone at any age, so bring your whole family!
