Our very own staff member, Tabitha, will lead a writing workshop to breathe life into your idea and develop it into a complete draft.

Stories, songs, and action rhymes for families. This 30-minute program will conclude with an age-appropriate, take-home craft activity. We are unable to accommodate daycares and school groups in this program.

Join us at First Colony Branch Library for a Family Science Day at the Library. During this program youth will create and make S.T.E.M. projects such as brush bots, dot-painting, edible geometry, and fizzy rockets.

Liara Tamani, author of  will answer any burning questions you have about becoming a writer, the process, how to get published, and how to attract readers!

Authors of all ages, experience, and levels are invited to share their works in the Writing Showcase, a safe space where we can all appreciate each other’s works!
