Conference Room 2A is a permanent set-up. You are responsible for the clean-up of the room.
Equipment
Conference Room 2A includes a dry erase board*, easel, and lectern.
Electronic equipment available Monday through Saturday: Laptop (separate form must be completed), Video projector, Computer presenter's cart, VCR on cart, Screen, TV/DVD/VCR combo, Phone, Lapel microphone (wireless), Microphones (wired hand-held), and Microphone stand (floor, tabletop, installed on lectern). A/V equipment is NOT available on Sundays.
*Please bring your own dry erase markers and erasers.

Conference Room 2A is set up as permanent boardroom style and 16 chairs are available for use.
