The Teacher in the Library service provides FREE homework help for students in grades 3 through 6 by providing access to qualified teachers in the library for after-school assistance.
Two teachers are available Monday through Thursday, from 3 to 6 pm at the Mission Bend Branch Library to help students:
- complete homework assignments;
- prepare for tests;
- improve study habits;
- learn about library databases & electronic resources; and
- grow in confidence.
No appointment is needed, and there is NO COST to participate! Simply come to the Mission Bend Branch Library (8421 Addicks Clodine Rd, Houston, TX 77083)!
