Program Description

Description

Are you writing a book?  Or have you always wanted to write but don't know how to start?  Join fellow authors for creative thinking and discussions of the writing process.

The program begins with introductions.  Tell us what you’ve been working on and about your goals and progress. Next comes a guided discussion of a requested theme. In recognition of National Novel Writing Month, this program will be held every Thursday for the first three weeks of November. Each week will have a different topic. This week's topic is: Showing vs Telling.

After the discussion, participants will have an opportunity to share up to two pages of their writing.

Ages 14 and up.

Note: This program will be presented as a video conference. Register here, and a link for the meeting will be emailed to you the day before the event.
