Description

Senior Series is a series of conversations with local experts focused on the unique and complex housing related issues facing mature homeowners and their families.  This month’s topic is: Help! I Want to Get Rid of All This Stuff!

Chances are if you are like most Americans, you have more stuff than you need, want, or know what to do with. This is especially true if you have lived in the same house for over 25 years. So, if you are planning a future move or simply want to simplify life a bit, what do you do with all the excess?  Our topic this month addresses strategies for reducing the amount of clutter in your house, using methods like estate sales, donations, and online marketplaces.

Liz McNeel, with Keller Williams Metropolitan and Founder of the Houston Senior Living Series will moderate a panel of experts in exploring this topic.  This program is geared toward older adults and their family members. It is free and open to the public.  No registration required.
