Description

Senior Series is a series of conversations with local experts focused on the unique and complex housing related issues facing mature homeowners and their families.

This month’s topic is I’m Retired and I Need Purpose!

What we thought retirement would feel like does not necessarily match up with reality, especially as we age. Getting older doesn’t always mean slowing down.  For many retirees, this is a time of exploration, adventure, and newfound friendships. As you define and redefine living in retirement, it is important to continue including the things that bring you joy and find rewarding ways to achieve a sense of purpose, gain meaning, and feel happier in life. This seminar is geared toward living life to the fullest.

Liz McNeel, with Keller Williams Metropolitan and Founder of the Houston Senior Living Series will moderate a panel of experts in exploring this topic.  This program is geared toward older adults and their family members. It is free and open to the public.  No registration required.
